Professor Alexey Sergeyevich Ryazanov, Head of the Department of General Practice and Outpatient Therapy at RMANPO and Doctor of Medical Sciences, conducted a roundtable dedicated to creating Russian artificial intelligence systems for healthcare.

RMANPO closely monitors the development of AI technologies, and Professor Ryazanov paid special attention to modern capabilities and experience in applying AI solutions in leading scientific, educational, and medical institutions of domestic healthcare. He discussed ethical and legal issues of AI use in medicine with event participants.

Alexander Yuryevich Sotnik, General Director of "Neuromed.AI" company, presented an intelligent assistant and clinical decision support system (CDSS) for oncologists and cardiologists. The developers collected and systematized an extensive data array, including the latest clinical recommendations from the Russian Ministry of Health, protocols of specialized medical organizations, drug reference books, and international knowledge bases.

Based on this, an interactive tool was created that allows doctors to quickly access verified and up-to-date medical information. The chatbot format makes AI work convenient and intuitive: a doctor can ask a question in free form and receive a structured answer within seconds. This helps quickly find necessary information, reduces the likelihood of errors, and simplifies access to important clinical data.

Roundtable participants — residents, graduate students, medical students, representatives of the Department's Young Scientists School, staff of the department's clinical bases, and doctors from the Moscow Department of Health — received a unique opportunity to communicate with CDSS creators and discuss prospects for personal and professional growth in this field.

The roundtable generated lively interest and became an important part of the educational program for young scientists and doctors seeking to use innovative technologies in their professional activities. As Professor Ryazanov noted: "Artificial intelligence will never replace a doctor! A doctor will only be replaced by a doctor who keeps up with the times, is not afraid, and uses modern technologies for the benefit of their patients."
